The phone, tariff and free gift I ordered got cancelled due to waiting for stock of the free gift they said, so I guess a mistake had been made on the site and mobiles did not want to honour the offer I originally ordered. Also on receiving the gift the box was battered but fortunately the item still worked. I could have sent it all back but I needed a phone due to mine breaking and the gift was a birthday present for my son so had no choice but to keep it.
