Dont know if I would buy again, assured machine was good, however didnt work, the credit note was late which meant I got charged on my credit card; took 3 days to pick up printer as well, and driver arrived twice!!!! All a bit shoddy I'm afraid

I've waited for more than two weeks as they didn't have it in stock.As I was about to give up and cancel my order, I called the customer service. Twice. The first time the operator put me on hold and then, after five minutes of waiting on the line, I was disconnected. The second representative I spoke with was really nice and helpful. He called the supplier and gave me an estimated date of delivery. Two days later, I received it.

The product had gone out of stock which was not unexpected due to the publicity at the time. The only thing that was disappointing about the purchase was the the lack of information. The order status on the web was not updated and I was only given more information when I phoned up and spoke to customer service(who were always very helpful). It would be better if the systems were more proactive and didn't rely on the customer chasing information.

Would buy with reservations. You need to explain to your Customer Services that if things go wrong it is better for them to contact their customer with the news before the customer contacts them. They will find a more understading customer!
