Paid £10 for timed delivery slot. 30 minutes after the slot had to call customer services who informed me that the delivery would be one hour late. They promised to refund delivery charge which has not happened yet. Very poor service. No communication until I chased them. Unacceptable.

The only drawback was the keyboard you sent with the machine- it was Polish - and did not feature hash keys, squiggly line or colons. I took it to my local branch of Currys - they replace it with a nice Advent one.

Not very friendly approach from a male (appeared like senior) team member that was serving me and receiving my payment in Woking Lion's Park Business Centre. I may have asked a very basic question about compatibility but felt that I was treated like someone who is not very bright. I simply did not have time to check at home the difference bewteen mini and micro USB etc. It was not a good experience.
