I ordered my new cooker at Thursday lunchtime - and I cooked Friday lunch on it! Curry's provided a four hour next day delivery slot at no extra charge. Unbeatably good service.

I have not yet recieved the product. I have contacted customer services who assured me that I would receive an email regarding the delivery which also never arrived....utterly terrible customer service and not for the first time from currys.

The machine was installed with a kink in the water inlet pipe so we had to call out an engineer again. We were sent from Currys to Hoover to Currys to Hoover and back again as there was only the option to contact Hoover once the installation had occurred. The problem was with installation not the product so the Currys staff needed to know how to dea with this.

Was not happy with instore service. Ended up buying online. Never got a proper response from customer services regarding the experience. Little choice though now of local stores, so will probably be forced to use currys again
