paid extra for specific delivery date - when asked Currys to check why not received told that van driver delivered to house with white door (my door is brown) no attempt made to check house number and despite fact that I urgently needed the ink Currys did not offer to courier a pack asap - I will never use Currys again and advise others to beware Asked for a refund - this was easier for Currys to do rather than help me to obtain printer ink desperately needed to finish copies for a meeting

Currys custome care are hopeless. Have bought exclusively from John Lewis over the last 20 years without even so much as a glitch. The customer service is superb. The one time I buy from Currys I regretted every minute of it!
