I spent £27 on taxi fairs because it said collect from store on yr website. I even spent loads phoning up asking for when its in. I orerded it online told I can pick it up b4 5pm im there at 4:20pm I say is my mouse in im told no. I go over to the shelf its there I asked can I have this 1. No. So I said you have it on recored I paid for it and its ment to be here b4 5pm. He said no tomorrow. I showed him the email I got with the date and time. So I said ill wait intill 5pm and I want the manager here I said how much I have spent to get the mouse he dint care the people I talked to on the phone dont care. Im lied to even when I have prof I got a call 5:20 ish the mouse is in. No sorry no manager pore services

Because I received this washing machine with dents and still not got my money back. Don't like the way you handle thibgs as in the customer has to send back the voucher and 2weeks later still heard nothing from.you guys I feel that I should have had a call about the money going into my accoun, disappointed.

I bought the fridge/freeze and a Beko dishwasher. The Beko dishwasher was badly installed and sticks out by 6" in the space previously occupied by my last dishwasher. All parts like hoses where discarded on the floor, which was wet with water. Some of the packaging was not removed, and my floor covering was cut without even asking me.

-no cd drive -space bar isn't good need to enter little harder -very fiddly when scrolling up and down as sizes of the font and page increase and decrease. -no microsoft packages
