Staff in Cardiff store were not very helpful and tried to sell us a display model with dents in without even offering to reduce the price. It seemed like they were more interested in making commission than to be helpful.

They refused to install the machine because the plug socket was above the work surface and it would mean taking the plug off, feed it through a hole, and refit the plug! They told me they would organise a fitting refund, but never did, and 2 weeks later when I phoned to find out what was happening, Currys knew nothing about it! Still waiting for the refund even now, but have been informed it will take a further 7 days!!! Why???
