I have had some issues with service at my local (Friern Barnet) branch. Checkout is very slow - there's a lot of people wondering around but no one to serve. Repairs service is also very poor. I prefer to buy on line than to go to my local store.

I have spent a lot of time calling store directly & manufacturers to get advise of delivery etc. It was delivered faulty and it has proved very difficult getting the replacement as I have had to constantly find out what is happening. To date still no replacement or call apologising.

I have only been in your isle of man store twice each time I bourght an appliance. So far so good need to use the store a few more times before I give you a higher score.
