I have spent a lot of time calling store directly & manufacturers to get advise of delivery etc. It was delivered faulty and it has proved very difficult getting the replacement as I have had to constantly find out what is happening. To date still no replacement or call apologising.

I have only been in your isle of man store twice each time I bourght an appliance. So far so good need to use the store a few more times before I give you a higher score. The staff handled the transaction well ( We are in the Isle of Man and that is not always the case.) Have recomended the store to other friends.

There was an issue of when it should have been delivered. Curry's ask you when you would like it delivering but it is down to the manufacturer when it really is delivered ... So make sure you check all that out first ...

If there was an alternative to Currys for this item I would have gone there. The system for selling this made me furious. I went to the store initially to look at the TV I had seen on the internet, none in stock anywhere in my area, OK so I went home telephoned the help line for exact detail of size which was a key factor and got very good help. Then kept an eye on the website until they were in stock again, went back to the store to pay cash because I had been saving up until I could afford it. Cash was refused and I had to go home and pay via the internet then go back to store to collect it two days later. I was in and out of that store like a fiddlers elbow.
