I have purchased many items from Currys over the years, and that is more years than I care to mention!! I have always had a pleasant experience, and couldn't fault either the items I have bought, which include autormatic washers, dryer condensers, televisions, Dyson hoovers, television tables, laptops, and digital cameras, or the service I have received.

Total lack of customer care and only interested in squeezing every last pound from the purchaser. A horrendous lack of knowledge of the products by the sales staff. The only reason I purchase from Currys is the lack of competition.

Only bad point was Currys, placed the order and then had no contact off them for 5 days, I chased and chased but no response so I cancelled and ordered off Apliances direct who delivers the next day and customer service was fantastic ! So great machine and less stress if you don't get from currys !
