Expert Logistics texted me at 7am a delivery time between 3pm and 7pm. I went back to sleep (I own a pub). I had a phone call at 7.30am which I ignored (I later listened and it was the delivery men saying they were nearly at my home). About 7.50am the delivery men were banging on my doors and windows and phoning to say they were there. I wasn't up and asked them to deliver the product as Expert Logistics had planned. After a number of phone call excuses during the day the item was eventually delivered just after 9pm. One of my customers had to help as I was working and my partner is severly disabled.

Ordered on line as it was cheaper delivery & could not fault delivery driver very pleasant and delivered when said he would went to local currys to look at the machine but assistant unpleasant & not helpful at all .
