We had to send the first machine back as it had not been assembled properly. However, this was quickly rectified and a new machine was re-delivered within 48hrs and as a gesture of goodwill was installed for us too. Very good delivery service.

The Home cinema System I originally bought online would not power up so contacted Customer services online and took the system back for refund to local as store. Glad I went into local Currys and spotted another system which I liked and so bought. Apart from original fault, customer service both online and in store was very good.

Product was out of stock and said that I'd be notified within 2-4 weeks and I was notified within 2 weeks and item delivered a week later. My old washing machine was taken away, and the new one installed within 20 minutes. The functions were explained. The delivery man moved some things for installation but even tidied up after himself.
