Currys took the money (including the insurance cover) around two weeks before the camera was delivered. I was given a delivery date and then told the camera was out of stock. I wasn't contacted at all by currys to update me on the progress of the delivery nor was I ever given any confrontation that my order was being processed. The only way I knew this was by checking my bank statement!

Everything is fine with the product, and delivery was quick. The delivery men took the old TV away and were careful and courteous. The price of the TV is excellent and worth every penny!

The purchase was easy from beginning to end staff were helpful and he knew his job and used the sales ability to the full. Full marks to the salesman, delivery was on time and the delivery men could not have been more helpful and being elderly I was very grateful Thanks to them.

I was given the wrong tracking number and the name of the wrong courier. My email question to Customer Support was not answered until long after the item had been delivered. Slooooooooooooooooooow Customer Support. Attempting to call CS by phone resulted in several hang-ups by automated phone system. Largely useless.
