Receiving a faulty product, when it was meant to be re-conditioned. Obviously had not been checked. Spoke to 3 members of staff with Know How, and only one of them (the final person) was courteous and helped me get the laptop back to the factory settings.

Good fast service but the only gripe was the box the TV was delivered in was soaked through on one end. It was as though it has been stood in a puddle. TV worked fine as it was in a plastic packaging. Other than that faultless.
