will never buy anything from currys again. the after sales service is third world and trying to speak to somebody about a problem is a joke. can't tell yiu about the machine still waiting for the repairs, now 3 weeks!!

The delivery team were very friendly and helpful. Also the Customer Service team phoned twice to remind me about the delivery, once the day before and on the morning, which was good. It was also useful to be able to go onto the website the day before and find out which time slot I was allocated for delivery.

The delivery confirmation advised I could contact after 9pm the night before to find the allocated slot for next day delivery. I rang on several occasions the night before but the line get going dead! Consequently I had to get up at 8am on delivery day (Saturday) to obtain the allocated time which was in the afternoon. I therefore had to rearrange my Friday eveining in order to make contact with yourselves which didn't work and then get up ealry on the Saturday to get the allocated time.
