When they delivered it they asked me if i wanted it taken out of the box, but STRESSED that there was less likelihood of them scratching it if it was left in the box. Unless its got to be taken on an obstical course to get to its new home, I would suggest you have it taken out of the box. I struggled to get the box off, simply because the box is massive and you also have to lift the fridge freezer to get the box from underneath.

Good cooker, but unfriendly delivery people from Currys, Also Currys needs to explain that to take your old cooker away they wont disconnect your old appliance and reconnect it for you, otherwise they will not take it for you (the only reason we chose currys). Had to come home from work to do it for them, (a little clip unclips!! and clips back on) Will not be doing business with this retailer again.

the delevery people wouldn't very helpful, i would say rude in some respects, I had to manover the very heavy machine into possition myself and then find it didn't work (mentioned above) its been a very dissappointing experience.

Curry's were totally useless. I ended up spending a lot of money on their phone line trying to sort things out but getting nowhere. I haven't even had an apology from them for the problems that occured.

Kenwood Products still are one of the best on the market, they dont produce cheap rubbish. They do however offer good value for money.

I was exceptionally pleased with all aspects of this purchase. The price, the ease of ordering and the delivery service. (I was phoned the evening before it was delivered telling me that it would be a morning delivery and it WAS)Two very organised careful men came with my dishwasher placed it in my kitchen and took my old appliance away. I was very impressed with the way Curry’s handled my purchase. I would definitely use them again.
