I didn't get any warning,phone call or email from Baumatic(who deliver their own for curry's) that the fridge was being delivered. At 8am one morning the delivery driver couldn't work my door bell so left a card, ( only had three cars in our drive) I had to wait another week. So nil points for baumatic delivery service. Other companies deliver this product themselves, just not Curry's

This order was cancelled due to the apparent difficulty in accessing the road where I live. My road is indeed narrow. However, I was given conflicing information from the driver (who said it would be delivered the following day on a low loader) subsequently by the following lunchtime when no machine had appeared, I contacted call centre to be met with disbelief and a complete lack of co-operation. Indeed when I said we were going around in circles and I wished to cancel the order, as you clearly had no suitable vechicle, I was greeted with a cheery "OK". No effort was made to offer an alternative or placate me or indeed save the sale. I have worked in sales for many years and would find it almost impossible to let a sale slip away so readily! Indeed my bosses would have been appalled if I had done so. Clearly this is not the case with Currys. Thank goodness Comet did not seem to experience the same difficulty, although it was the same road with the same problems as before!!!!!!!!!

Fridge had silver hinges on bottom of doors instead of black. Daewoo offered a replacement but when it arrived it had the same fault. Delivery men quick to remedy the situation however - pleased in the end.

As no call had been made to me to organise delivery by time allocated in email confirmation I had to call to chase. Customer services gave promt delivery slot. Delivery/fitter wasn't very friendly, being very negative - immediately citing reasons why he may not be able to fit oven before stepping foot in property.

Reasons for No answers are as follows:- 1) On the internet the name of the product was Matsui however the actual item that came is called Evotel - still kept it because could not be bothered to return it. 2) When I contacted customer services I was told that I would receive 3 emails the last one being the day that television would arrive on. I only received 2 emails detailing acceptance of payment. The day after luckily for me, I had booked a day off from work and the television came. Suppose I was not in, I would then have trouble having to re-arrange a suitable date & time for delivery. Despite all of the above, I would buy again from Currys as ordering was easy due to me being disabled and not having to worry about going to the shop. In addition to the above, I have not receipt a guarantee paper for this item, can you tell me where it is

Amazed that i tried to buy in store but had to pay £30+ to get it delivered at a time that suited me. Online I got it from the same company at the same price free delivery at the time that I wanted. Something not quite right somewhere if we want to keep retail alive
