This was the first time I bought from RDO and was very impressed with the way they conduct themselves - they really do care about the experieince the customer gets - something that seems quite rare in this day and age.

Wrong machine was supplied, and not realised until it had been plumbed in and used. RDO had to come and replace it with what we had ordered to satisfy another customer. It would have been better if they could have sorted it out another way. They did fit the new machine quickly and offer us a small discount for the trouble caused.

We collected the freezer from the warehouse - it was not delivered. The staff at thw warehouse were very helpful and friendly, as was the lady in the office that I spoke to.
