I also purchased an acer iconia b1 tablet oc from ebuyer, this did not arive. Contacted yodel they say it has been delivered and signed for. not by me so where is it. Ebuyer have not answered my calls to try and resolve this. I am going to contact trading standerds if they cant do anything about it then I am going to report the matter to the police. ebuyer are a complete waste of time and I have lost £100.00 here ,this was a presant faor my grandson and I had to replace it with another one. There is no real customer service with ebuyerand I wont rest until this matter has been resolved and I obtain a full refund.

Ordered next day some arrived next day rest two days later assume was down to stock, but would have been nice let me know rather than me chase you.

Prices could be lower, its the only thing stopping me from shopping here more often. Also in terms of returns for something like computer parts, sorry but scan.co.uk win by a mile. I can return things to them for 2 or 3 years and they sort it rather than the manufacturer, saving me £50+ on postage! Here I'm not even sure what your optional extra insurance thing covers! Do i relay have to spend £20 per item? Na sorry ill go somewhere else, what ever your doing there its not clear at all. I ordered this item from you as you had it for the right price, and id shopped here before. Its annoying cos I would like to shop here more.
