I am very upset that I was given incorrect information. Had I known that this TV could not be mounted onto a wall bracket, I would not have purchased it.

I would purchase from the retailer. However I was extremely disappointed with the delivery company-DHL. The item was to be delivered between 8.30 and 5. I waited in all day and at 5pm I phoned DHL to be told that the delivery driver had returned the item to the warehouse stating he could not reach me. To be fair to the customer services dept they were very helpful and arranged for a delivery at a specific time the following day. The delivery driver arrived the following day and when I questioned him about the previous day he just shrugged his shoulders and said he had too many deliveries and wasnt able to deliver my item.

It's a shame that Curry's which is owned by the same company would not price match its own sister company. Thiis would have meant that I would have got the set sooner.

Slight confusion on colour of bag. Photograph shows bag in a black charcoal but item decription clearly states olive green colour. The bag is the same as the photo but to confuse matters more the company makes an olive green option.

I did have to contact customer services, but was passed around a bit. When it was decided to send a replacement to us, we were given a telephone number to confirm delivery time, but we didn't have a reference no to quote, so that was useless as it was all automated.

There was a huge issue with getting the faulty item replaced (Gemma dealt with it in the end from customer service) but from the start it as badly managed. Then i felt your deivery team was not a pleasant experience. They brought the new TV and then said they had no room to take away the packaging from the faulty one, when in fact, i looked in wagon, and there was an empty 71/2 tonne truck on my private road with just 2 old TV's in it as they cam 5 hours early due to having 3 jobs cancelled! However one good point - They did wipe there feet before entering my property. Overall i had lost complete confidence in Dixons on line and would never purchase from you again. On that order i had spent a considerable amount of money as i bought for myself a 60" LG TV and 2 x 50" LG Tv's one for my brother and one for my parents as gifts. It was one of these TV's that went faulty, so you can imagine my embarressment. I did not like the attitude of the delivery man, as he did say to me i was lucky!!! as "normally" I would have had to had it inspected, then repaired. When i quoted my statatory rights within the 28 day period and that i reportd the fault within 1 hour of having it, he lost his attitude. Thought this should be important for you to know, i did take the name of the MD from a manager called Simon at customer service but i thought in the scheme of things i dont think my complaint would have been acted on.
