My first camcorder was bought from Dixons in York many years ago. It was a Canon with a cathode ray tube you could see glowing if you looked into the lens. I have had a lot of foto stuff from you over the years Before the days of video I had Prinz cameras and Prinz 8mm and later super8mm cine cameras and projectors I still have prinz 35mm slides and cassettes. Pity you left the high street but despite this I still find you a good firm to deal with. When I purchased this HS300 You were the best price [except one I wouldnt deal with} You were the same price as Camerabox except they offered a 2yr warranty but were out of stock. You nearly lost out and for this reason I suggest that this small point could increase your sales. They certainly mean a lot to buyers. However, its great to see you still there and its good to do business with you. Don Perkins.

Delivery was very prompt and the delivery men were very courteous. The instruction booklet inside the freezer was quite difficult to locate but the delivery man helped find it.

Did not deliver on time - stayed in all day waiting and drive did not call. I had attanged this to be on a Saturday so as to not to take time of work waiting. I then had to rebook delivery which , which meant that we we were without a washing machine for almost a week with a 6 month old baby. My wife also had to take time off to be at home waiting for the dilivery, and when this was delivered the driver refused to carry the bashing machine up stairs. to the kitchen. He was rude, abusive to me on the phone and swore in front of my wife and did not apologise. When I asked for his name on the phone he refused to give it to me as obvuisouly he know I would complain. Disgracefull service and I would never use them again.

I am very upset that I was given incorrect information. Had I known that this TV could not be mounted onto a wall bracket, I would not have purchased it.

I would purchase from the retailer. However I was extremely disappointed with the delivery company-DHL. The item was to be delivered between 8.30 and 5. I waited in all day and at 5pm I phoned DHL to be told that the delivery driver had returned the item to the warehouse stating he could not reach me. To be fair to the customer services dept they were very helpful and arranged for a delivery at a specific time the following day. The delivery driver arrived the following day and when I questioned him about the previous day he just shrugged his shoulders and said he had too many deliveries and wasnt able to deliver my item.
