Dixons price matched below any other UK price, I would recommend them.I recently completed a survey for M&S and they wanted a comparison with Dixons. M&S received bottom marks and Dixons top marks.

Dixons on line is easy to deal with. This is the second Christmas in a row I have purchased computer, vidoe and home entertainment stuff from them. The occasional security checks when using your credit card a lot is very re-assuring. The shipping costs are great - a lot of the time it is free and sometimes it is £19.99 for a large plasma tv. Overall would recommend doing business with them.

Placed an order the other day, the web site said you had stock but found out two days later you had run out of stock. You need better stock taking as this is very annoying. If this keeps happening I probably won't use Dixons again.

Still don't understand how the price jumped up by £23 on this sale ? strange, the Delievry was 'Free' and the SD card was 'Free' ? so should've been the price of the camcorder only ?

Website was not clear that for removal of an old television set that there was a specific pull down menu. After calling customer services to try to arrange this i was told it is not possible to do over the phone.
