Quite a few bad points but overall still a very good printer. If I didn't need CD printing I would have bought a cheaper Epson and saved around £100.

The machine was delivered on time but was faulty - it was returned to manufacturer immediately by delivery team and replaced with a new machine the following day.

I asked to buy an alternate oven which canceled my original delivery, then switched back to my original choice. I was not told that the original delivery had been canceled, and even asked if the oven would still be delivered as arranged, to be told that yes it would. Then the oven came without a cable, and we found that the usual 6mm cable recommended for ovens is too thick for this one, which makes one question how safe it will be.
