Arrived within a few days of order, The day before delivery I had a text telling me time frame of arrival and then phoned about half an hour before arrival and they arrived at the time I was told. Put the cooker where I wanted it and were helpful and pleasant. All quick and easy.

first laptop defective repaired once then had to argue with dixons to get replacment when went wrong 2nd time in 2 weeks... and they coulnt fix it
