I am not impressed with the level of cutomer service that I received. At no time of ordering were I told that the goods had to be ordered and would be delayed! I had to email to find out why I had no tracking result. I have also emailed to complain but have not been answerd!

The wrong item was sent to me. After more than two weeks of calling BHS direct and being told that i would receive the correct item, in the end i didn't. I was told that they were NOW out of stock of the item i ordered and there was nothing they could do. I asked for compensation and was told it was not in their policy. Unacceptable behaviour from BHS Direct. Wasted my time and didn't keep me in the loop.

Fast delivery (at a reasonable price) to the Scottish Highlands. Other suppliers were quoting delivery prices 400% greater than BHS. Delivery was quoted as 7 days but the machine arrived in 2 days. Great service.
