I used the option to pay via Amazon, which was very easy, and negated the need to enter all my detail, and payment detail again. More important was the fact that BHS had the TV at the best price I could find, and was the same as the lowest price identified by "Which" magazine.

I am not impressed with the level of cutomer service that I received. At no time of ordering were I told that the goods had to be ordered and would be delayed! I had to email to find out why I had no tracking result. I have also emailed to complain but have not been answerd!

The wrong item was sent to me. After more than two weeks of calling BHS direct and being told that i would receive the correct item, in the end i didn't. I was told that they were NOW out of stock of the item i ordered and there was nothing they could do. I asked for compensation and was told it was not in their policy. Unacceptable behaviour from BHS Direct. Wasted my time and didn't keep me in the loop.
