Delivery service do not give a reasonable time slot. Have to wait in all day. Had to go out for half hour left note to leave in garage. Delivery arrived while I was out, they left card saying will try again tomorrow but no time given. After ringing number on card I was told I could collect it from the local depot myself later that day rather than wait in again another day which I did. As they won't leave delivery with a neighbour or unsigned for they should give a smaller time slot.

It would be even better if you could return items to a BHS store. I would therefore only recommend BHS direct for items you are unlikely to want to return.
