Delivery rearranged at 3.30 the day before so had to take two days off to receive item. When it arrived the stop button didn't work was told I couldn't reject the item by customer services. Customer service insisted that I contacted Bosh even though i hadn't bought the item from Bosch to arrange an engineer to come and confirm the item was faulty!! I refused to contact Bosch so they arranged it for me but after several phone calls and emails all in all a very bad service. Did finally get my money back but not before the engineer came and looked at it and BHS direct had received it back and processed the item.
