I do like BHS and this is the first time I have ordered from them online so may just be a one off but I ordered 3 grobags (0.5, 1.0 & 2.5) 2 of them were showing in stock and the 3rd would be available in a few weeks. Instead of sending the 2 that were in stock and forwarding the other once it was back in, all 3 were delayed and sent together. That's my only gripe though and I wasn't in a rush anyway otherwise I would have contacted their customer service.
