Although the freezer was good value & delivery man was excellent, Bhs kept changing the estimated delivery date(ordered 21.1 - first expected date 1.2, then 11.2, then 11.3, actually arrived on 14.2 at short notice).

brilliant laptop with slight design floor.the reason not totally happy was i wanted to swop it to see if the next one had the same slight twist in shelf and was told that it had to be sent back then another would be sent out.should be able to do a straight doorstep exchange like amazon offer within seven days.plus if i would have sent it back you could not promise a windows7 replacement
