The number provided for customer services is 50p per minute which I find totally unacceptable, customers should not have to pay for advice reagrding a piece of equipment that 1) we may not have even bought yet or 2) we have bought and are seeking advice on. If it was a complicated call you could end up spend £10 on the call.

bhs has sent the wrong monitor as stated on their website, i ordered a e2442v , i got sent a 24en43, i bought this to match my other screen i have, very disappointing, could of got this screen sent cheaper elsewhere
