Too many on-line companies believe customer service ends at the point of dispatch, and use low cost problematic courier companies. I'm pleased to say Audiovisual Online dispatched rapidly and their chosen courier kept us up to date through the whole delivery process via SMS messages. We were given an hour's time window for delivery and could reply to the text if there was an issue with the time slot. It couldn't have been better.

The service was quick n delivery was prompt. I had received a defected satellite speaker n after speaking with the customer services, I was required to send the damaged speaker back... received a new replacemeny speaker the very next day...
