Packaging falling apart. Purchased as re-conditioned/returned goods. Price good and delivery good but quality of manufacture let the sale down.

I placed my oder over the telephone in the afternoon and it was delivered to their depot near Wembley the next day. They told me this would happen and it did, I am very impressed and have recommended the company to friends.

I arranged to collect the microwave from the Preston Depot but no contact was made to me. After ten days I telephoned the main branch and was told it had been delivered to the Preston Depot but the Preston Depot failed to contact me.
