I ordered a laptop online and the day it was due to be delivered I received an answer phone message saying that the laptop was out of stock and I would receive a refund. I tried to call back, but I was kept on hold for so long I couldn't wait any longer. I sent an email to Customer Care and I still haven't received any response. I am very disappointed.

Was delivered a broken tv. After 28 phone calls, 5 emails and 2 no shows to pick up the broken tv it got replaced 7 days after broken one was delivered. Was promised a call after new one was dropped off regarding compensation yet once again no call and nothing offered for such a disaster of a service.

late delivery, not full package delivered, some assembly parts were missing, had to contact Samsung UK service centre, the unit does not function at all. Asked the seller to replace the unit.

Ask Direct confirmed my order with a stock level of 2 and a few hours later cancelled it by voicemail. It took 2 weeks to get email confirmation of the cancellation. They cited that they only had 1 in stock with a broken screen. I have lodged a formal complaint with Toshiba who are investigating and were very helpful.
