The service was great. They answered all my emails promptly. the shipping was super fast! they sent it on a Thursday and I received it the following day (Friday)!! I'm saying it's super fast because they shipped from London to Malta!!

I cannot answer your questions, because I NEVER received anything from the retailer, although I paid the HD-cable by Visa. I have got an email from AskDirect with the confirmation and ordernumber 3636 dated on 27-8-2009 at 20.44 hour. When I sent an email for the reason why I never received the Panasonic cable, I never got an answer back! AskDirect is not reliable in handling such cases, I think! Could you find out what was going wrong with my order and why the retailer did not shipped the cable I asked for? Thanks if you succeed.

Reserved online with ASK's and jumped on the trian later that day to collect in person, staff were very helpfull and polite and didn't try and sell me a £80 HDMI cable like Comet would !!. All in all highly recommend!.
