I haven't been able to get my phone to work since I've received it. After the initial setup, it wouldn't let me sign in on the handset, because it kept saying incorrect username or password. I emailed customer service on the dual phone website and they replied with instructions on how to reset the handset. I was unable to rest the handset following their instructions, the handset showed the message"unable to find a base station". I also called my internet company and they weren't able to help me. I couldn't find a contact phone number on the Chat and vision website.
