Whitebox were very prompt in setting up a delivery date and time from Hotpoint. The machine arrived within the time slot and allowed me to plan to be in for the delivery driver.

Fabulous service - contacted us by e:mail, phone and text to let us know delivery date and time. Delivered very promptly by a lovely man who unpacked freezer and took away all packaging and the old freezer. Would definately recommend Whitebox and will use them again.
