I would have given 10 because I received good service, but gave 9 because I felt delivery could have been quicker (2 or 3 days rather than 7 to 10), although my goods did arrive within the stated time scale.

THEY TOOK TO LONG TO PROCESS MY ORDER DESPITE HAVING MY CORRECT BANK & ADDRESS DETAILS WHICH I GAVE THEM WITH MY ORIGINAL ORDER. EVENTUALLY SORTED OUT BUT AS I SAID IT TOOK A LONG TIME FROM ORDER TO DELIVERY!
