their promised 7 to 14 working days delivery became almost a month of waiting. i was expecting delivery form the UK, so i was shocked to see it in new york for 3 days, then dubai for another day or two. though UK delivery was 12 hours

I was very disappointed with the delivery timescale as I received my product in 21 days and not stated on their website, 7-14days even though it said that there were 9 in stock at the time that I ordered. I emailed simply electronics and did get a quick response which I am thankful for but would not recommend this company or use them again after viewing bad comments about this company saying they are a 'scam', I began to worry if I was to ever receive my order after they took my money 2 days from me ordering it which I found a little odd as I received an email from them saying that they would not take money until the item was dispatched then waited 21 days for delivery. There was little information on their website under my account as to what was happening and when the item was going to be delivered.

My Orders processed fairly quickly, but unfortunately the screen protector that I ordered were packed so that was pretty twisted. therefore, it could not even put the phone screen :( Overall, positive, however, was the fact that the package's whereabouts always came to my e-mail message.
