aLTHOUGH THEY JUST ABOUT FULFILLED THE TIMESCALE INDICATED IN THE SMALL PRINT THEY WERE MUCH SLOWER IN SENDING ITEM THAN OTHER SUPPLIERS i HAVE DEALT WITH; However would use again if they were cheapest supplier.

i orderd this camera on line it was my first order on line and was a bit scared.all that went away with the site as it was so easy to order and my order was deliverd without any problem.first class service.camera is spot on,and saved me £50,as tesco and argos were charging £50 more for the same camera.thanks for a great service and i will shop here again.thanks.

When I ordered I was in bed for a month after a astma attack, I put down my own address, but right away I sent an e-mail with my daughters work address. It was sent to my address, so I sent an e-mail and got no reponce. J Gribben.

The camera was a grey import. I was not very happy about this. Nowhere on the website did it state this. The camera came without a manufacturer's warranty although Simply Electronics provide one of their own. The camera took a long time to arrive. It was however brand new, and since I have never had to have a Canon camera repaired, maybe I am worrying unnecessarily.

You have shipped me a box that has been opened and is probabely a return from another customer. The camera strap was missing and box bashed about. The camera works Ok.... however I also had to wait over 14 days for delivery.. therefore would it be better to purchase from Currys at 35.00 more, get it immediatly and in an unopened UK box which has a user manual which I could take back if not satsified. .... yes I think so!

Three phone calls to customer services where we were held in a queue of between 30 to 40 minutes before being cut off. Having sent an email to Simply Eletronics, the reply was more concerned with us understanding that an Admin charge and costs must be paid prior to any repair work being completed if the repair could not be covered by the warranty than finding out what the problem with the camera was.
