Your website looks dodgy so I was initially worried that my item would not arrive as detailed. However service ended up being good and price was excellent. I would definitely recommend to a friend. I would recommend making your website slicker as it does not relay the quality of the service that you actually get. Also I got informed by DPD that my package was due for delivery while your website took a few more days to update that my item had even been found in stock.

I had a very bad experience - it took in excess of 4 weeks to deliver my item. The call centre argued with me, spoke over me and wouldn't listen to what I was saying and also the company allowed me to enter a coupon code for £20 discount and then insisted I had to pay the £20 even though the order had gone through, because I shouldn't have been able to. Horrible customer service, horrible business model, Unfair to their customers, do not value their customers - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

The delivery 'chase' was appalling. Two useless phone calls and an unanswered e-mail. My product was delivered 19 days after ordering. The delivery actually came direct from the USA and I had to buy two plugs to replace the incompatible USA two pin plugs.

I ordered my Sonos play 5 & play 3 on the 19th March, after being told they would arrive within 7 to 10 days they finally arrived on April 10th, with U.S adapters not U.K ones. I've put several calls into to complain and wrote 3 e-mails. I'm still waiting for my problem to be dealt and it's now April 18th a month after I purchased the products and I still can't use my speakers. Properly, I purchased a Play 1 from curries and I'm having to use that single lead to play music through my play 5. I will never purchase from Simply electronics again.

I have sent a number of emails and spoken to operators in both Hong Kong and somewhere else in the world. I have been given mis infromation regarding my order. I have been told something and then the total opposite by another person. How this company operates mistifies me. My order was dispatched (allegedly) on the 9th April, and yes youre right, I am still waiting.

Lens ordered on March 16; delivered on April 13, an inordinately long time since I had expected to have it by Easter. The delivery firm said that the lens would be delivered on April 10. I stayed in all afternoon and it was not delivered. Even on the changed delivery day - April 13 - no indication was given by the parcel firm as to when it would be delivered. This is the worst delivery firm I have ever come across. Decent parcel carriers give you a slot - say 1300-1400 hours - when the package will be delivered or even just morning or afternoon. With the latter, decent firms ring on mobile phones to say that they will be with you in perhaps half an hour. Ditch DPD UK as they are useless.

Purchased camera on 22/3/15 and the web site said the camera was in stock. It was delivered on 13/4/15 in perfect condition. Not sure why it took so long to be delivered.
