I cancelled order due to the fact that they would not deliver on time. All promises for a delivery date were continuously broken. Even though I cancelled the order they insisted on delivering lens. Am awaiting a full refund

Only delivered 1 day late so not that big an issue however after 1 week i started reading reviews of simply electronics and became worried about even getting the camera due to them being based in Hong Kong and that not being clear on the website. You would think you were buying from the UK because of the phone number and the payment being taken by a London company. Simply Electronics should make this clearer so as not to worry people. My prouct arrived with no problems and was loads cheaper than any other UK site. It works perfectly and has a UK adapter for charging. I would recommend this site to others who are not in a hurry for their product.

their promised 7 to 14 working days delivery became almost a month of waiting. i was expecting delivery form the UK, so i was shocked to see it in new york for 3 days, then dubai for another day or two. though UK delivery was 12 hours

I was very disappointed with the delivery timescale as I received my product in 21 days and not stated on their website, 7-14days even though it said that there were 9 in stock at the time that I ordered. I emailed simply electronics and did get a quick response which I am thankful for but would not recommend this company or use them again after viewing bad comments about this company saying they are a 'scam', I began to worry if I was to ever receive my order after they took my money 2 days from me ordering it which I found a little odd as I received an email from them saying that they would not take money until the item was dispatched then waited 21 days for delivery. There was little information on their website under my account as to what was happening and when the item was going to be delivered.
