The order took too long to arrive. This is the only disadvantage.

As a first time user I found website functional and quick plus good value so I took the risk.

Money is taken immediately from account then order in various "hold" states for 3 weeks. Emails answered quickly but did not result in the order process being any faster - even though the website always had this item "in stock" it still took 3 weeks to make it to despatched. Finally receive an email stating "despatched - delivery in 1 working day" - this is obviously impossible as they are in HK and I am in the UK. After 1 week of it showing as despatched the tracking website still showed it as in HK. Tracking information has now disappeared from tracking website (after 4 weeks and 1 day). They also attempt to make it appear that they are located in the UK - which is dishonest too. If Simply Electronics were a bit more honest with their process and advertised that it would take 4 weeks to get round to despatching an item; AND didn't take the money before they despatch the goods then I may recommend them. As it stands the only thing going for this company is the price they are offering the goods. The ordering/delivery process needs to be quicker (see Amazon / Amamzon Marketplace) and more like a traditional online ordering process. I do not recommend this company in its current state.

It took Simply Electronics a rather long time to process the order but if you're not in any particular rush then I strongly recommend this company as they offer the best prices on the market.

While Simply Electronics was much cheaper than anywhere else for the lens I purchased, the fact that it was delivered directly from Hong Kong meant I had to pay the courier €24 import duty. I still saved a lot of money despite that. It might be a good idea if Simply Electronics advised customers if their orders are being delivered directly from outside the EU.
