Would have been quicker to have home delivery than store collection for an in stock item. I'd expect site to site deliveries next day not next week

you sold me a second hand server (AS NEW) that is completely unnaceptable. Not only that, it then died 4 days after install (motherboard failure) you clearly had a faulty return, and then just resold it. Fortunately HP have a good warranty system and sorted it out. I won't use you again

Servers Direct did not accurately describe the item, no mention of having to buy proprietary disks. They argued that all hot swappable servers have to have proprietary disks despite selling Dell and IBM servers that don't. HP do not make 2tb disks, so server no use to us. Servers Direct refused to refund or exchange. Their Terms and Conditions state refunds are at their discretion. I will never use them again.
