I was expecting a delivery between 10 and 13.30. Unfortunately it didn't arrive until 20.00. If I had known I would not have defrosted my fridge freezer until the morning and would have thrown less food away.

The appliance was less expensive than anywhere else. this probably because they pay the delivery drivers so poorly. the delivery was very late and when I rang customers services which incurred a charge, it was a recorded message saying basically go away until delivery 12 hours late that was not helpful. The delivery drivers had an impossible time table they could not have made the delivery schedule unless in a helicopter.
