I made a small error in entering my credit card number and was not informed until well after office hours when it was too late for me to still have the next day delivery I had paid for. The customer services told me that as a gesture of goodwill they would refund me the difference in carriage costs - ie £5. This did not happen - but never mind it is not the end of the world but on pension every £ counts.
