Item was Recieved damaged whilst I was away on business, when I came to open it (7 days later) it was damaged. So I contacted the company and they refused a refund etc. After a few days of complaining I was authorised a return but was charged a horrendous £59 for collection of the item. Bought the item from currys and it came within 3 days instead of two weeks (appliances direct) and it wasn't damaged, the delivery company even took the packaging off and checked it before they left :)

I chose a delivery date that was a couple of weeks later than the day I purchased it and it was not delivered on this day however with 1 email that evening I got a response early the following morning to arrange the delivery.
