the appliance was delivered on the day and at the time specified, as i had to go to work, i had asked my son to stay in and wait on them and told him where exactly i wanted it and said to him that the drivers didnt even need to unpackage it if they didnt want to but when i came home from work it was all set up and plugged in and with no packaging in sight which was a pleasant surprise

The difficulty of getting the first model replaced quickly and easily. The call centre menu is a nightmare. Finding the serial number on the first one was not easily apparent and the seller could offer no advice on where it might be found. Without it the seller refused to negotiate.

Description on Appliances Direct website is slightly misleading as reads like you get the glass board and drainer basket included. I still think this is a good deal though.
