Very poor handling of the change of date from the initial date chosen by Appliances Direct and the date appropriate for me to be available all day to take delivery. Poor consideration for those of us working 6 days a week.

Machine was not installed and old machine was not taken away as paid for. I had to complain to get money back but still had the inconvenience of installing myself and of getting rid of the old machine.

I paid for both items, a microwave and a kettle to be express delivered as they were a wedding present. Only the microwave arrived on the day specified so I had to go out and purchase another kettle. When I contacted customer services the woman I spoke to offered no apology on behalf of your company which I thought was very rude! As yet I have still not had a refund for the kettle that was returned.
