Had removed old smeg cooker for collection out of building but delivery men said they could not bring cooker in so left outside in shed they said it would not go through door work that one out ??? The flexible hose connector is dog-legged to the rear, which means the wall must be chiselled out by 30mm to fit the fan back to the wall. This part is not as shown in the instructions! The extending chimney was damaged on two corners. Not really enough to warrant returning it - but still very annoying. It wasn't damaged in transit as the box was unmarked, so it must have been damaged before being packed. Either that, or it was returned by someone else and resold?
