Poor communications fron seller after buying on line.All contact initiated by us to find out what was happening with order. Cancelled one item off original order due to it not being in stock. When delivery finally arrived one item, out of 3 still on order, was missing. After several calls and little information finally was told that the item was not put on delivery and could'nt be delivered for 4 days. Decided to cancel the item but have still had no confirmation of a refund.

Very competetive price. Reasonable waiting time for delivery and certainly very professional, courteous and efficient upon delivery to fourth floor of a block of flats, unpackaging product carefully, getting me to check product and removing packaging. Would definitely use this company again.

You must make sure that the authorisation on debit cards in your office is activated as the card was debited 2 without any authorisation from our end. You are in the process of refunding my money but this shouldn't have happened in the first place.

I have a mixed view of your customrer service. I bought two items. Each time I was told they were in stock, as someone had rung the manufactureres, only to get an email the next day to say they would be another three weeks. Your system of ordering could be a lot more efficient and customer friendly!

I ordered this hob and an oven at 12.15 pm and was e.mailed at 2.30 pm to say it had been dispatched! Before ordering I was able to get additional product information and advice almost instantly through the e.mail helpline. Was impressed with the service and delivery, and delighted with the price.

Post sales customer service was as bad as it could get. Was charged twice for the item and had so much hassle trying to get a refund. Company would drive you totally mad by their ineptness and refusal to do anything constructive. After all, if you pay £400 plus x 2 it is quite a lot of extra money to find before you have to pay your credit card statement but the company were completely unconcerned or unable to react quickly or efficiently.
