Without a shadow of a doubt I'm very impressed with the service, even when I had to return the mouse as it was not working correctly I feel I have had brilliant service. The most annoying thing about all of this? I had never heard of you before the day I ordered this laptop!! And that's just a crying shame!

It is a HUGE hassle having to have stuff delivered to the card billing address only. Many companies will deliver to a different address (we use them) and it would be much easier to deal with you if you changed your policy.

The service for Mikro Anvika was appalling. No immediate confirmation that the order was placed successfully - only a few days later... I wasn't notified when the product arrived and had to go and collect it myself due to the carrier's rules (partly influenced by MA). Don't think I will ever use MA again.

I bought this from Microanvika and it is a reliable retailer. The emailed me when a similar model was no longer being manufactured. I then ordered the next available laptop which indeed had a higher price tag due to more specs.
