Once you get through to the customer services department they are ok but trying to get through is just ridiculous. I paid for the express postage service for a Saturday delivery on the Thursday before and I had to pick the product up from a post office on the following Thursday. 2 presentations missed. Evidently they ship direct from BenQ and their systems were down so the only way they knew there was an order was when I phoned up after the bank holiday weekend and spoke to a clueless sales person. Shambles would expect better.
