the item was delivered in the conditions expected but not on time although this was not the fault of the retailer since it got lost in the delivery process.

Have now bought three refurbished laptops and three of these bags from this retailer without any problems at all. Delivery to Ireland was extremely fast and all the goods were well packaged.

Although the purchase of this item was problem free and I would use this compay again I was irritated by a follow up call from another company who wanted to sell me extra service cover, a pity this wasn't offered at the point of sale

I was surprised that the free help service did not start once I had received the laptop. My delivery was delayed by 1 week due to security checks but the free service was already in place so I did not benefit fully from it.

still have not received laptop after 5 weeks. i cannot comment on quality etc of laptop, but this is definitively the worst retail and customer service experience i have ever had.

I don't really expect to be offered a chargeable extra to ensure that the laptop is OK and in working order before despatch - the base price was good but the scare tactics around checking the contents and pushing AV software didn't enhance the buying experience. You still win on price though so I would come back to you.

I WOULD WANT AN ASSURANCE THAT THE PRODUCT WAS IN STOCK. Your web Page said "IN STOCK" but this was not true. When I asked why it had not been despatched, I was told that you were waiting for supplies from another source. It took 10 days to arrive, and was delivered by an unmarked white van. I live in Spain and usually receive items from the UK within 3 days ( if a reliable carrier is used )

Ordered using google checkout and the process was a mess - no order number passed through. Item was in stock but turned out to be stock at manufacturer. Was a birthday present and just about got delivered in time after phoning Laptops Direct. At least it was cheaper than anywhere else and in fairness once I got through to them they did get it sorted.

Laptops Direct customer service is shocking. they talk a good job but do not deliver. i contacted them 3 times (once by phone and twice via their email) and nobody got back to me
