I have purchased a number of laptops from you over the last 5 years but this time was a bit of a disaster. Your sales team appeared lazy, ill informed and not willing to research my query's about he product. This resulted in me buying the laptop assuming it had a backlit keyboard but it does not. I contacted your sales team to complain and as I was not happy with the outcome, was promised a callback from a manager, which did not materialise. I called again and have now been offered a £20 voucher. I am hoping you can turn this into a £20 refund, rather than a voucher.

Ordered laptop with Rapid Delivery Up to 5 Days delivery that cost £14.95 on a Tuesday and it didn't get delivered till Thursday of the following week. Laptopdirect refunded £5.00 of the delivery charge. Customer service were very quick to respond to enquiries. Overall satisfied.

Poor experience. Distance selling regulations state that any problems with an item purchased online is the responsibility of the retailer NOT the manufacturer. Laptops Direct have yet to accept responsibility for sendings goods which are not fit for purpose. They have also told me that they will charge me for uplift if I want to return the product. I certainly won't use laptops direct again and I would not recommend them to anyone else.
