phoned a couple of times as item was not shown as "not in stock" but delivery didn't happen, promised in next week!! but next week never happened, not in, eventually offered in different colour then delivered OK.

Do not touch Digital Empire Online. After failure to deliver, phoned them up and was only then told it was discontinued. Spent the next month trying to obtain a refund and was constantly fobbed off. Have eventually had to resort to my bank to retrive the money. Never again will I use Digital Empire Online and hopefully this post will provide a warning to other people.

In spite of my many emails to Digital Empire, they responded only once or twice . The product was never delivered in spite of the fact that this company took £159.00 from my account when they didn't even have the product in stock.I am still waiting for the money to be returned to me. I believe that Visa will pursue your company as soon as I have met with them.

I ordered this machine from this retailer and was quoted £389, then I received another email and the price was £425, i queried this and was told that I had to pay postage even though on the website the price was supposed to include postage and delivery. I was told that this didnt apply where I live (Wales). I immediately cancelled the order. Now the hard part - getting the money back, I immediately contacted my card provider and they told me that it can take up to 21 days to get the refund on my credit card, I waited until the 23rd September then rang the company, they told me that the credit had been authorised on September 6th and they would investigate, I heard nothing. I have since made 3 more phone calls and 6 weeks on still no refund. This is now in the hands of my card provider and if they cant get my money back then I will contact a solicitor. My advice - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

The delibvery at doorstep only was not indicated in the conditions of purchase so I ended up paying another 40 pounds to delivery man as condition to get it into my house!

I not touch Digital Empire Direct. They never stick to their promises. Give you lies on the phone. I had to cancel my purchase and go elsewhere and they still have not refunded my money 1 month later.
