Thanks for the email updates on how my order was being processed this kept my anxiety to a minimum and I didn't stress about delivery, which was well within the timescale you stipulated when I ordered. I can honestly say you guys did a really good job.

It is absolutely ridiculous that you can promote a deal which includes a mounting bracket but the bracket then is unable to be delivered until a week after teh TV and would incur a delivery charge!!! we bought a bracket from else where in the end.

I am forced to buy these cartridges from PC World because you can not get them anywhere else. Very clever. Had I known that when I bought the printer, I would not have bought it.

I don't think I can buy from PC World again...over the years I have bought a great deal of stuff from them, but this really was not right...the disorganisation, lack of communication was just far too much to bear. I dont know a great deal about computer's so i went for a store that I could trust and understand....however this is no longer the case.
