The item i first ordered from you did not come in to the system so I was forced to purchase a more expensive item I could have canceled but I wanted this has a gift, also the phone calls to you department were expensive it cost me £6 more on my bill

It's the sole remaining high street store which is focussed on computers, and other related items. If I want to buy computer programs where can I go, now that Currys is part of PC World. To be honest the only reason I go to PC World is because I can't go anywhere else, but I don't really need to because I can almost always get cheaper deals online.

You charged me for a product you did not own. I had to phone the customer service twice. The first time I was told that you expected it to be in stock the next day and I should receive it soon. Ten days later I had to phone again and was told that Barnes and Noble had decided not to sell the device to you and then decided the next day that they should. The person I talked to said that I should have been contacted and updated on the progress of my order. I never was. The only way I found out ANYTHING was be taking the initiative myself. You are not a very professional company.

fast delivery. Item was on special offer & I had tried Argos who where sold out. PC World had similar problem because of the demand but were able to supply when the item became available .Within about a week. Really impressed with service.
