The customer service is unhelpful if something goes wrong. There is no procedure to handle purchases made on an additional credit card - the transaction gets cancelled due to "security check" failure and money is kept for 7 working days until it gets returned to the card. The customer representatives lie about that - they say it will take a few hours to couple days to return the money, but 7 working days is not a "couple"

The only thing (if you want it immediately) a few days delay in delivery. Possibly because it was ordered via the web-site and to be delivered to the Cardiff shop. But very happy with quality and condition.
