Floor staff (in Lilac shirt) came across disinterested and unhelpful, he was not good at explaining computer technology jargon. However the "Know How" staff member (large build white man in black shirt) was very good, friendly and helpful.

Computer now not sold in store, only online. On the day the store had its own online difficulties, so had to return later. Then I did not have my full account access details with me to allow payment!! So had to return home and proceed online myself. Took me so long the screen timed out. But eventually all was well.
