I wasn't given the accurate sales advice in store when shopping for printers. Was advised one printer would do one thing and not another which afterwards I realised was incorrect. Do your own research before you go in store. My experience was that one sales assistant did not know what he was talking about and another was condescending. The Manager however was very helpful. The main thing is I am now very happy with my purchase.
